AdamPohh X San Antonio

Originally from El Paso, I moved to San Antonio in 2014 to attend UTSA. Even before then, San Antonio had always been our family’s yearly vacation destination, so over the years, I naturally grew to love the city.

Still, I often felt like something was missing. At times, I even thought San Antonio was boring. But after becoming more involved in the local content creation scene, I started discovering just how much the city actually has to offer. There are markets, events, businesses, and experiences happening all the time that I simply had never heard about many of them.

Even with everything I discovered, I still noticed a gap. These events and places were great, but there did not seem to be enough spaces created specifically for adults in their early 20s to 30s, and beyond to connect, relax, and have a good time without every experience being centered around children or families.

There were very few adult-focused pools, social spaces, or communities where people could meet, build genuine connections, and enjoy the city together. That is where the idea for River Crown Society began.

My vision is to create a social club that leverages the power of community in a way that has not been done before. River Crown Society will be a self-sustaining club that provides meaningful benefits, exclusive experiences, and lasting connections for its members while also supporting local businesses and creating a positive impact throughout San Antonio.

San Antonio has plenty for families, but adults deserve a social scene that feels exciting, intentional, and connected.
